Returns

We offer 2 days return/exchange for the following cases ;

If your order is missing a product,  received wrong items , email us within 2 days of date of delivery at info.english@nobombom.com or info.mizo.chin@nobombom.com . Any requests made after 2 days from delivered date will not be accepted. Therefore, check your mailboxes regularly. We do not ship or deliver to P.O boxes.

If you receive damaged shipping packages, please contact your local USPS for further assistance. NO BOMBOM will not be responsible for damaged shipping packages.

Products must be returned in new or unused condition. A 35% fee will be charge for any open or used products that are not approved for exchanges. Valued Customers are responsible for paying returned shipping fees. The team may request photos of damaged items, wrong items, missing products or any other claims may have made. If it passed the inspection, we will refund or exchange with the exact same products purchased. Refund or Exchange process will be made within 2-10 business days .

 


Refunds or Exchange

If a refund is issued, a credit will be made to the original form of payment on the order. We will send a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated. The funds should appear back to your method of payment between 2-10 Business Days, depending on your financial institution.

If exchange is issued in a case of receiving wrong items, or damaged items, the correct items will be sent out within 1-2 business days to valued customers. Item/items will arrive to valued customers in 2-8 business days.

Final sale or Sale items are excluded from refunds or exchange.

 

Order Cancellation

 If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" or Order # at info.english@nobombom.com for English or  info.mizo.chin@nobombom.com for Mizo, Chin (Falam). Order cancellations must be made within 30 minutes from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation request made after 30 minutes from order placement will not be accepted. Your order will be send to you and you will not get refund. Therefore, Please check carefully before you place an order.
